UI Update

Hi all! Thanks for playing the game during the jam.

I pushed out a quick update that adds a main menu, control remapping, and sound settings to the game for accessibility purposes.

Do note that these settings (like the game state) aren't saved anywhere yet, so keep that in mind when reloading the game.
